We believe each child has the rights to be respected their privacy, self-esteem, cultures, lifestyle, language, gender and developmental or special needs and wants. Also, each child must be encouraged new things in their world to improve their agency. As We acknowledge each child’s differences and provide a range of various experiences to them, all children are supported to express their own opinions, views and decisions in their world.

We believe that providing flexible daily routine and educational program evaluated by each child’s needs is to promote their skills and development positively. It is worth to provide a range of experiences and learning environment for children to be supported their valuable skill, specific needs as well as ongoing learning. Also, each child’ assessment must be used for effective program planning cycle linked by NQS, EYLF as well as for environment, experiences for children’s development and wellbeing.

Children have the right to be provided safe and clean environment. We believe all stakeholder of Family day care service must be aware of any risks or hazards always and minimize risks for children to explore their world in safe. Collaborative working of each Family day care educator, Co-ordination Unit staff and other stakeholders is important to ensure duty of care resulted in effective support for children’s health and safety at all times.

We believe that children need to encourage environmental sustainability as they are part of their world. By providing different sustainable education and practice to children, they will take responsibility for making informed decisions towards a sustainable future, whereby we gain knowledge and understanding of the environment as it relates to our society. And also, Family day care educators and Co-ordination unit must be role-model by practicing environment protection activities.

We believe Looking after own health, safety and well-being of is the most important duty not only for educating and caring for children but also for being happy for themselves. Both Co-ordination unit and educators make an effort together to build wellbeing and resilience in Educators, Co-ordination Unit staff.

We believe that positive relationship between children and an educator is the best valuable job for the educator and staff. It develops each child’s a sense of belonging, being and becoming. They will be able to build valuable connections with peers, community as being influenced by relationship with the educator. Also, reciprocal relationship with families takes positive effect on children’s education and development. Families have both a right and a responsibility to be involved in decision making affecting their child. As Sharing information with families about their children and parenting, educator and families work collaboratively for effective education and care.

We believe that each staff of the Co-ordination unit and educators must be aware of their roles and responsibilities of improvement of their skill for children to be provided education and care service of a high quality. It is important that Co-ordination unit monitors each educator and staff for reviewing educators’ performances and reflecting their skill needed improvement and support them by providing professional development plan and skill improvement training regularly. Also, we believe the Co-ordination Unit enhances value of service and environment through continuous improvement plan reflected stake holders’ valuable feedback and self-assessment.
