CCB and CCR are available to families through the Family Assistance Office (FAO) and it is recommended that families contact the FAO prior to commencing care. To apply for CCB and you need to complete an application form and submit it to FAO (Centrelink).

You will need to fill out any relevant information and enrolment forms before you care commences. To enable us to pay the child care benefit (CCB) to the educator on your behalf you need to provide our service with your CRN (customer reference number) and the CRN for your children. You will also need to ensure that your childcare benefit entitlement is current with Centrelink .Telephone on 136150. You must inform Centrelink that your child/children are now attending registered care.
