• Recruit, select, train and support Educators
• Supporting and advising educators in ways of improving services
• Enrol and place families requiring care with appropriate available placements
• Regularly visit Educators, monitor the care environment and the children in care
• Liaise and work with government departments associated with early childhood, school-aged care and family day care
• Keeping educators up to date with changes to regulatory matters
• Uphold the relevant legislation for family day care, and maintain the Hee Mang Family Day Care service policies and procedures and the National Quality Standards for Child Care services
• Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood, and regularly attend training in the child care industry
• Providing professional development training for educator and staff(First Aid, Food handling, Child protection)
• Providing administrative assistance to educators and parents(CCS)
• Develop networks within the local community
